Recruitment Working Student

Goodzo is looking for a Recruitment Working Student to support its recruitment team in finding and engaging the right candidates. You will mainly call candidates, help prepare the Goodzo day as part of the selection procedure for IT trainees, and contribute ideas to recruitment projects and Goodzo's approach to recruitment.

The role suits someone who enjoys social contact, meeting new people and working towards a shared goal. Goodzo asks for an ongoing or recently completed HBO/WO study, empathy, a growth mindset, strong communication skills, availability of 16-32 hours per week depending on your study schedule, and an excellent command of Dutch. Experience in hospitality, retail or other people-focused sectors is an advantage.

Goodzo is a fast-growing IT consultancy in Delft. Since 2013, it has trained young people with initiative to become consultants who make an impact. At first, you start as a working student and receive 16 euros per hour, 10-20 vacation days per year and an NS business card. Goodzo also offers training in recruitment, conversation techniques, presentation techniques and more, a fixed place at its office in Delft, and several parties, drinks and activities per year with colleagues.
