The role combines hospitality, team leadership and entertainment in a distinctive theatre experience.

As Hospitality Manager, you will lead staff in the theatre or the high-end restaurant. You will keep each team running smoothly, from the bar and foyer to the restaurant area, and help provide guests with a seamless, welcoming experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospitality team in the theatre or restaurant.
• Coordinate work during performances and dinners.
• Maintain a high level of service, quality and guest experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Respond quickly and in a solution-oriented way during busy periods or unexpected situations.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in hospitality, theatre or hospitality services.
• Good command of Dutch.
