As a night receptionist, you will be the overnight point of contact at hotel locations in the Delft region. Weekend night shifts are approximately 23:00 to 07:00.
What you will do
- Welcome guests arriving late and assist with early check-outs.
- Monitor hotel calm and safety, and make inspection rounds.
- Handle guest questions and situations independently.
- Complete light administrative work and hand over to the day shift.
